Our Swanwick

The Children's Centre is part of your local Multi Agency Team who provide support and advice for families with children aged 0 - 19 years. Any family with a child aged 0 - 5 can access the activities and services offered by the Children's Centre. Support and activities for children aged 6 - 19 can be accessed by speaking to a Children's Centre Worker who can refer you to a Family Resource Worker.
